Last updated: March 2026
This website is operated by True Keeps. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to True Keeps. True Keeps offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
1. Personalized Products
By submitting an order with personalized text or uploaded images, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the spelling, grammar, and image quality. Our production team will engrave exactly what is provided. We are not responsible for typographical errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
You warrant that any image, design, or handwriting uploaded for engraving does not violate any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse to engrave content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on another’s rights.
2. Group Orders and Discounts
Group order discounts (e.g., for weddings or corporate events) may require a minimum purchase quantity to qualify for promotional pricing. If items are returned from a group order (only applicable to non-personalized items), the remaining items may no longer qualify for the discount, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
4. Changes to Prices and Services
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable state in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
